At the annual gala dinner of the Galactic Adventurers Society, a drunk Kelso Pax announces that he is to lead an expedition to the mysterious Bubble in Space. Everyone knows that the Bubble, a perfect red sphere sitting impossibly at the centre of a gravity storm between a pair of stars, cannot be entered or even approached. To do so would mean certain death. However, Kelso Pax has a plan and is putting together a crack team to achieve what everyone else deems an impossible mission: To solve the mystery of The Bubble in Space.
